We monitor the weather constantly and adapt your pickup time accordingly to allow

extra time if we think it’s required. Any change to your pickup time will be advised by automated SMS at 17h00 the evening before your transfer or if we make any changes after this time we will contact you by phone, Whatsapp or email.

We are also very familiar with seasonal traffic patterns and we receive traffic

prediction reports from local authorities so we use this information to build our schedules. In addition to this we add a sensible margin to the predicted journey time

for unforeseen delays to ensure we have done everything possible to get you to the airport on time.

From the airport or train station: Your driver will monitor the flight or train and then

wait for you at the designated meeting point detailed in your booking confirmation email shortly after the flight or train has arrived having allowed some time for you to collect your luggage and clear passport control if applicable.

To the airport or train station: Your pickup time will be detailed in your booking confirmation email and re-confirmed to you by SMS the evening before your transfer. The time will be set based on our knowledge and experience in traffic and journey times to get you to the airport at least 2 hours before flight departure or 30 minutes before train departure.

email are answered 24/7 365. When the office is closed you will have an option to select to speak to the duty controller if your call is urgent.

For arrivals: You should provide the scheduled arrival time. We will schedule your

driver to be at the airport or train station at an appropriate time allowing for luggage collection and passport control if applicable.

For departures: You should provide the scheduled departure time. We will schedule your pickup based on our knowledge and experience of journey times and traffic variations to get you to the airport at least 2 hours before flight departure or 30 minutes before train departure.

Yes, subject to availability within our schedules at the time of booking so best book in advance. The supermarket must not be more than 5 minutes off the intended route. The charge is €36.00 for a MAXIMUM

of 1 hour (so make sure you allow for checkout queues). Alternatively we recommend booking a click and collect for which the charge is €15.00 providing the supermarket is no more than 5 minutes off the intended route. Please ask us for a link to our recommended supermarket.

At the airport or train station: The precise meeting point together with clear instructions will be detailed in your booking confirmation email. The location has been based on over a decade of experience and in collaboration with airport authorities who request that we minimise congestion immediately in front of the general arrivals doors.

At your accommodation: Your driver will either knock on your chalet door or report to reception or if neither is possible wait in the vehicle at the closest point possible to the accommodation and call or message you to let you know they are there.

The luggage allowance per passenger is 1 hold bag, 1 single ski/board bag* and 1 small hand luggage. You should ensure you select the correct number of bags when booking so we send the appropriate sized vehicle. If we think it is necessary we may decide to send a luggage trailer free of charge (i.e. for a group of 8 passengers all with 1 of each type of bag). If you have more than the allowance we reserve the right to apply a luggage surcharge of €40.00 per group of 1 - 8 passengers. This is to cover our additional costs if your excess luggage means we need to send a minibus instead of a car or send a trailer which would not have been required if you did not have excess luggage. If in doubt please email us for clarification.

*If you are bringing a large wheeled combined board/luggage bag this replaces the combined allowance of 1 hold bag and 1 ski/board bag and it is essential you inform us of any large wheeled combined board/luggage bags when booking.

Yes, however please be aware that journey times via lake Annecy or on the autoroute via Chambery are

very similar (i.e. +/- 5 to 10 minutes difference in favour of either depending on the time of day) except on peak Saturdays when the autoroute can be significantly slower. We, like all transfer companies therefore always go via lake Annecy in order to keep our route options open (when you’re stuck on the autoroute you’re stuck with it!) and keep our prices as competitive as possible. If you wish to go on the autoroute via Chambery this must be booked in advance and a surcharge will apply of €35.00 per group of 1 to 8 passengers (i.e. per car/minibus depending on the vehicle(s) supplied) to cover the additional

fuel and tolls.

The majority of our fleet are Ford Tourneo Custom 4 wheel drive 8 passenger long wheelbase minibuses so you will most likely be in one of these. We also use VW Caravelle, Mercedes Vito, Renault Trafic minibuses, MPV’s and estate cars. All vehicles are modern and well maintained and fully equipped for winter snow conditions. For 3 passengers of less we may use an estate car (Skoda Kodiaq or similar).

Yes, but NO alcoholic drinks and as long as you don’t make a mess and you take your

rubbish with you (we provide rubbish bags in the vehicle). If you make a mess and are unable to clear it up yourself a cleaning charge of €25.00 will be required by credit card. Tipping the driver is not considered suitable recompense for this as our drivers are paid by the hour so tipping them does not compensate us for the time we have to pay the driver! Above all please consider that the vehicle may be picking up clients IMMEDIATELY after dropping you off so the driver may not have time to deep clean the vehicle if you have made a mess so we ask that you make every effort to leave the vehicle as you found it.

We will wait for 90 minutes free of charge from the original scheduled flight arrival time. After 90 minutes a charge per group of 1 to 8 passengers of €48.00 per hour on weekends and €36.00 on weekdays excluding the first free 90 minutes will be applied. If we are unable to wait due to other booking commitments or drivers hours regulations we will provide a replacement vehicle and driver subject to availability. Charges may apply for the replacement vehicle and driver up to the cost of the original missed transfer. Please know that we will do everything in our powers to minimise any additional charges.
